Scrum Master / Team lead

People who have passed the Professional Scrum Master level 1, achieving certification, demonstrate a fundamental level of Scrum mastery. PSM I certificate holders prove that they understand Scrum as described in the Scrum Guide and how to apply Scrum in Scrum Teams.

People who have passed the Professional Scrum Master level 2, achieving certification, demonstrate an advanced level of Scrum mastery. PSM II certificate holders prove that they have an understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and can effectively apply Scrum in complex, real-world situations.

People who have passed the Professional Scrum Master level 2, achieving certification, demonstrate a distinguished level of Scrum mastery. PSM III certificate holders have a deep understanding of the application and practices of Scrum in a variety of complex team and organizational situations.
Product Owner / Product Manager

People that have passed PSPO I and achieved certification demonstrate an understanding of the Scrum framework, and how to apply it to maximize the value delivered with a product. They exhibit a dedication to continued professional development, and a high level of commitment to their field of practice. Achieving PSPO I is the minimum demonstration of knowledge any Professional Scrum Product Owner should be able to make.

Professional Scrum Product Owner II certificate holders demonstrate an advanced level of Professional Scrum Product Ownership knowledge and understanding of how the Scrum framework can support the creation of value. They have shown an understanding of topics including: product vision, product backlog management, release and portfolio planning, business strategy, and working with stakeholders.

The Professional Scrum Product Owner III certification demonstrates a distinguished level of understanding of how to own a vision, manage a Product Backlog, and engage with stakeholders & customers to deliver valuable products using Scrum.
Agile Leadership

The Professional Agile Leadership – Evidence Based Management assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate that they are a leader with an advanced level of understanding about how an empirical approach helps organizations to continuously improve.
This includes the knowledge needed to enable agility by identifying goals and related achievement measures, using hypotheses to identify improvement opportunities, performing experiments to test these hypotheses, and using the resulting learning to improve.

The Professional Agile Leadership assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate that you are a leader who understands that being Agile adds value to your business, and why leadership understanding, sponsorship, and support of Agile practices are essential to an organization becoming more agile.
Those who pass receive the industry recognized certification as a PAL I from Scrum.org; demonstrating a fundamental level of understanding about how agility adds value to an organization, why leadership support of agile teams is essential to achieving organizational agility, and what leaders can do to support their teams to help them achieve higher performance.
Kanban and UI/UX

The Professional Scrum with Kanban assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their knowledge of the how Scrum Teams can use Scrum with Kanban ability to support value creation and delivery.

The Professional Scrum with User Experience assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their knowledge of how Scrum Teams can integrate UX with Scrum to enhance value creation and delivery. Those who pass receive certification as a PSU I from Scrum.org; validating that you have a fundamental level of understanding about how to integrate modern UX practices into Scrum and to work effectively within Scrum Teams.
ScAled Scrum

The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) is available to anyone who wishes to validate his or her depth of knowledge of the scaling Scrum and the Nexus Framework. Those that pass this assessment will receive the industry recognized SPS certification that demonstrates their mastery of the content.
